Zionsville Half-Marathon & 5K
Lions Park, Zionsville
The 10th annual Zionsville Half-Marathon & 5K, presented by OrthoIndy, returns to downtown Zionsville on Saturday, November 21, 2026. The course uses the brick section of Main Street, the surrounding countryside, and the Big-4 Rail Trail.
Both races start and finish at Lions Park. The Lions Club Building at 115 S. Elm Street serves as race headquarters for packet pickup and the indoor beer garden hosted by Field Brewing Company.

The Courses
Half-Marathon (8:00 AM)
The USATF-certified half-marathon course starts in downtown Zionsville and runs along the brick section of Main Street before heading into the countryside outside town. Runners then return via the flat Big-4 Rail Trail to finish at Lions Park.
The half-marathon course has six aid stations, each serving water and Gatorade. Energy gels are not provided on the course — runners should bring their own if needed. Portable toilets are available along the course at approximately 3.3 miles, 6.25 miles, and 10 miles.
5K (8:20 AM)
The 5K stays close to downtown and runs along the Main Street brick section before briefly heading into the countryside. Runners then return to Lions Park to finish.
The 5K course has one aid station, also serving both water and Gatorade.

Friday, November 20
- 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM: Packet pickup at Runners Forum, 4335 W 106th St (Unit 700), Carmel
Saturday, November 21
- 6:30 AM – 7:45 AM: Race-morning packet pickup at the Lions Club Building, 115 S. Elm Street, Zionsville
- 8:00 AM: Half-Marathon start
- 8:20 AM: 5K start
- ~9:15 AM: Overall winners (Half & 5K) and 5K age group awards
- ~10:30 AM: Half-marathon age group awards
After the Race
A complimentary indoor beer garden hosted by Field Brewing Company is set up at the Lions Club Building. Finishers can collect their beer by presenting the tear-off tab on their race bib along with valid ID.
All finishers in both the half-marathon and 5K receive a finisher medal. Long-sleeve race shirts are included for those who pre-register by Thursday, November 12.
Parking
The Lions Park lot is available but fills quickly on race day. Additional parking is available throughout downtown Zionsville.
Use the downtown parking map to find public lots and street parking, but expect race road closures to affect access.
Before You Go
- Register early. Race shirt sizing may be limited after Thursday, November 12.
- Plan for the weather. Mid- to late November mornings in central Indiana are typically cool. Layer accordingly.
- Bring your own gels. Energy gels are not provided on-course.
- Carry your ID for the beer garden. Required along with your bib tear-off tab.
