The 2026 ZCS State of the Schools presentation takes place on Wednesday, September 30, at The Cardinal Room at Golf Club of Indiana. Presented in partnership by the Zionsville Chamber of Commerce, Zionsville Community Schools, and the Zionsville Education Foundation, the free community event features updates from district leadership followed by a live Q&A.

Program Schedule
Doors open at 8:00 AM for check-in, with the program beginning at 8:30 AM.
Superintendent Dr. Rebecca Coffman and the ZCS Administrative Team will present updates from the district, followed by a community Q&A. Attendees can submit questions in advance as part of registration.
What to Expect
The annual State of the Schools gives community members an opportunity to hear directly from Zionsville Community Schools leadership about the district and issues affecting local schools. ZCS serves students in Eagle and Union townships, including portions of both Zionsville and Whitestown.
Recent State of the Schools presentations have covered topics including student achievement, enrollment and district growth, teaching and learning, staffing, school finances, educational opportunities, and community partnerships. The specific topics for the 2026 presentation have not yet been announced.
The Q&A following the presentation gives attendees an opportunity to hear district leaders address questions from the community.
