Gravy Chase
Main Street, Zionsville
The Gravy Chase is a Thanksgiving morning run and walk through historic downtown Zionsville, now in its 10th year. The Zionsville race follows Main Street and offers a 2.2-mile and a 4-mile route, each available as a run or a walk.
It is the largest annual fundraiser for the Boys & Girls Club of Boone County, which runs the event at two locations. A separate 5K takes place the same morning in downtown Lebanon.

The courses
Zionsville has two distances, both starting and finishing on Main Street:
- 2.2-mile run or walk — 8:30 a.m.
- 4-mile run or walk — 8:30 a.m.
Lebanon has a 5K run or walk, also at 8:30 a.m., starting in downtown Lebanon near Klooz Brewz.

Registration
Individual registration for the in-person races has four price tiers. A RunSignup processing fee is added at checkout.

Family pricing covers four, five or six registrants and starts at $150 for a family of four. Rates increase by registration period, and family registration closes November 23.
An event shirt on its own is $25, without race entry, available through November 25. Shirt sizes are guaranteed for anyone registered by November 11; after that, remaining sizes are first come, first served.
There is also a bundle with Hit the Bricks, the Zionsville Optimist Club’s October run/walk, at 15 percent off each event.
Race registrations are nonrefundable. Participants who cannot attend the in-person race may transfer to the virtual option.

Packet pickup
Wednesday, November 25, noon to 6 p.m.
Zionsville racers collect packets at the Boys & Girls Club of Boone County Zionsville Unit, and Lebanon racers at the Lebanon Unit. Packets must be collected at the location matching your race.
Forgot your bib on race day? The Boys & Girls Club tent near Rush on Main in Zionsville can issue a replacement.
Prizes and team contests
Prizes go to the top three male and top three female finishers in each in-person race.
Teams register in two categories, Corporate and Friends and Family, with a deadline of 6 p.m. on Wednesday, November 25. Awards go to the largest team, the most fundraised team, the most fundraised individual, and best costume.
On race morning
Portable restrooms are in the parking lot southeast of Pine and Main Street.
Free public parking lots are at the northwest corner of Main Street and Sycamore Street and the southwest corner of Main Street and Pine Street. Street parking is also available throughout the downtown area, though expect road closures along the course. See the downtown parking section for details.

The Gravy Chase is organized by the Boys & Girls Club of Boone County. All proceeds go to Club programs and services for children across the county, with a 2026 goal of $200,000.
