Gardens of Zionsville

The Gardens of Zionsville Tour is an annual garden tour presented by the SullivanMunce Cultural Center. For 2026, the event expands into a two-day celebration called "Century Homes In Bloom," with a Friday evening Kick-Off Party and a Saturday tour featuring six historic homes and gardens.

Five of the homes on the 2026 tour are recognized as Century Structures through SullivanMunce's historic preservation program. The weekend combines private gardens, local history, art, and community programming, with proceeds supporting the SullivanMunce Cultural Center.

Kick-Off Party

Friday, June 26, 2026 — 6:00 to 8:00 PM SullivanMunce Cultural Center, 225 West Hawthorne Street

The Kick-Off Party celebrates the gardeners, artists, and volunteers involved in the tour. The evening includes:

• Live music
• Local wine, beer, and appetizers
• Art "make-and-take" activity
• Silent auction of container gardens designed by local gardeners, designers, and businesses

Saturday Garden Tour

Saturday, June 27, 2026 — 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM

The self-guided tour visits six private gardens paired with historic homes throughout Zionsville. Five of the homes on this year's tour are designated Century Structures, giving visitors a chance to see private gardens alongside some of Zionsville's older homes.

New this year: A surprise additional stop has been added to the route, with details revealed the day of the event.

Saturday Garden Tour

• Advance adult ticket: $20
• Kids 11–17: $10
• Kids 10 and under: $5
• Day-of adult ticket: $25
• Day-of kids 11–17: $10
• Day-of kids 10 and under: $5

Day-of tickets are purchased in person at the SullivanMunce Check-In Table.

Kick-Off Party

• Single Party Reservation: $40
• Gardens + Party Package (One Party Reservation + One Garden Tour Ticket): $50
• Patron Reservation: $250 (Two Tickets for Kick-Off Party + Two Tickets for Garden Tour)

Online tickets are not mailed. Guests are added to a check-in list at both events.

Educational programs

In the weeks leading up to the tour, SullivanMunce hosts gardening talks and demonstrations on topics including:

• Sustainable and eco-friendly gardening practices
• Native plants and pollinator-friendly landscapes
• Container gardening techniques
• Garden design tips from local experts
