Indianapolis Monthly Dream Home Tour 2026
Holliday Farms, Zionsville
The 2026 Dream Home Tour runs Friday through Sunday, noon–6:00 p.m., through August 30.
The Indianapolis Monthly Dream Home Tour gives visitors a chance to step inside a newly built custom residence in Zionsville and explore the latest ideas in home design, architecture, interiors, and landscaping.
The 2026 Dream Home, called The Reverie, is a three-story residence of roughly 11,000 square feet in the Holliday Farms community, overlooking the seventh fairway of the Club at Holliday Farms championship golf course. It was designed by Goldberg Design Group and built by Scott Bates Custom Homes, with interior design by Dare 2 Design and landscaping by PJE Lawn Care. Indianapolis Monthly expects more than 4,000 people from around Central Indiana to attend the tour over its three August weekends.
It is also the first Dream Home in the series offered for sale since the 1990s.
The 2026 Dream Home Tour is open to visitors across three weekends in August.

What to Expect
The Dream Home Tour opens a custom-designed Zionsville residence to the public for a limited number of weekends. Visitors can walk through the home and see residential design choices incorporated throughout the property, from its architecture and interior spaces to landscaping and other custom-home features.
The design centers on connecting the interior to the outdoors. Full-length windows run through the house, and accordion doors fold back to open the living spaces onto the outdoor areas. Other features include a resort-style pool and water features, an in-home spa, a twenty-foot entertainment wall, high ceilings throughout, and retractable screens from Zionsville-based Phantom Screens. The floor plan includes five bedrooms, six full bathrooms, and four half-bathrooms across three levels.
The project brings together several Central Indiana design and building firms. Goldberg Design Group designed the residence, Scott Bates Custom Homes served as the builder, Dare 2 Design created the interiors, and PJE Lawn Care completed the landscaping.
With Indianapolis Monthly expecting more than 4,000 attendees during the 2026 tour, the Dream Home is one of the larger special events taking place in Zionsville this August.
