The 2026 McComb Pella Window & Door Home-A-Rama brings the Builders Association of Greater Indianapolis’ annual custom home show to Wild Air in Zionsville for three weekends in September. Visitors can take a self-guided tour through eight show homes featuring custom architecture, interior design, outdoor living spaces and current home technology and design trends.

Eight Custom Homes
Four Central Indiana custom builders have created the eight homes featured in this year’s show:
- Wedgewood Building Company — Homes #1 and #6
- Gradison Design-Build — Homes #2 and #7
- G & G Custom Homes — Homes #3 and #8
- Old Town Design Group — Homes #4 and #5
Home-A-Rama is designed for visitors to walk through the completed homes at their own pace, whether they are considering building or remodeling or simply want to see new ideas in home design. Builders, designers and suppliers involved with the homes will also be available during the show.
Tickets
A general admission ticket covers the in-person home tour at Wild Air and includes access to the virtual experience. Tickets are sold online only, in limited numbers per half-hour arrival window.

You must arrive within the half-hour shown on your ticket, on the date shown, for it to be valid. The last arrival window is 6:00–6:30 p.m., which allows time to tour the homes before the show closes at 8:00 p.m.
All general admission sales are final, with no exchanges or refunds.
Children are welcome and must remain supervised. Strollers must remain outside the homes. All of the show homes have multiple levels, which BAGI notes is worth considering for visitors with mobility limitations.
Special Events
On Thursday, September 24 from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m., Home-A-Rama will hold Home Automation & Technology Night. Builders and their technology partners will discuss the systems and technology incorporated into the show homes.
The People’s Choice Award will be announced Friday, September 25 before the show opens. The award is determined by attendee voting during the first two weekends.
About Wild Air
Home-A-Rama takes place in Saddleridge Estates, one of six neighborhoods within the 260-acre Wild Air development. The property includes preserved woodlands, green space and 30 acres of walking trails connecting its neighborhoods.
Virtual Tour
Visitors who cannot attend in person can purchase a $10 Virtual Experience, with interactive 3D tours, photography and behind-the-scenes videos of the show homes. Virtual access is also included with general admission and does not expire.
There are no refunds on virtual tickets.
