Christmas in the Village is Zionsville's annual holiday kickoff, organized by the Zionsville Chamber of Commerce. Held on the Saturday after Thanksgiving each year, the evening features a Christmas parade through the Village from Eagle Elementary to Old National Bank on South Main Street, followed by the town tree lighting at the corner of Pine and Main Streets.
The kickoff parade marks the start of the Christmas in the Village season in downtown Zionsville. Through December, Main Street merchants host shopping events, holiday displays, Santa visits, and seasonal activities on select dates. The brick-paved streets, lit storefronts, and Village setting make downtown Zionsville a popular place for evening strolls, holiday photos, and Christmas shopping.
